Purpose
This purpose of this Specification is to control the risk to Network Rail's infrastructure, to railway operations, to railway passengers, members of the public and the environment that may arise due to work activities associated with the Design and construction of Permanent Way and the Design, construction and maintenance of Structures, Buildings, and other Civil Engineering Infrastructure on, over, under or adjacent to Network Rail's infrastructure.
