PURPOSE
This purpose of this Specification is to control the risk to Railtrack's infrastructure and railway operations that may arise due to work activities associated with the Design and construction of Permanent Way and the Design, construction and maintenance of Structures, Buildings, and other Civil Engineering Infrastructure on, over, under or adjacent to Railtrack's infrastructure.
