Purpose.
Reference (a) prescribed policy and assigned responsibilities to ASN (RD&A), Chief of Naval Operations and Commandant of the Marine Corps associated with Department of the Navy Executive Studies. However, after five years it appears that this policy has not been fully implemented and is no longer required due to the infrequent use of Executive Studies. Effective immediately reference (a) is cancelled.
