Purpose
Reference (a) established policy for hosting and supporting official travel of Members of Congress and Congressional Staff to destinations away from the National Capital Region. Current Department of Defense policy for the execution of a congressional travel program comprised of congressional delegations and staff delegations contains sufficient guidance under references (b) and (c). Reference (a) is no longer required. Effective immediately, reference (a) is cancelled.
