Scope.
This specification covers high performance synthetic rubber hose, sizes -4 through -32, wire reinforced with a double-wire braid that are used in flexible hose assemblies for high pressure, high temperature, multi-based oil applications. This hose is compatible with petroleum, petroleum-based synthetic, and phosphate ester-based oils. This hose is not acceptable for use under vacuum.
