This module covers the processes for:

a) determining the level of review for engineering deliverables;

b) the requirements for a basic and detailed review of engineering deliverables; and

c) the engineering management requirements for those involved in the acceptance of engineering deliverables.

The process applies to the project staff involved in the review of engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Purpose

The purpose of this module is to define the process for the submission and acceptance of engineering deliverables. This process enables Network Rail to manage the risks associated with the quality of submitted engineering deliverables.

This module provides auditable, controlled and consistent processes for the management and technical acceptance review of engineering deliverables.
