The scope of this specification is the management of insulation degradation in signalling wires and cables of all types, including trackside multi-core cables.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to specify methods of managing the degradation of insulation in signalling wires and cables. This specification shall be applied by Signal Maintenance Contractors at all signalling sites in their care.
