This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies requirements for the carbon steel tubes (hereafter referred to as tubes) used for manufacturing cylinder barrels of piston-type pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders by machining or honing the inner surfaces.
NOTE This Standard is generally applicable to the tubes in the range of 32.0 mm to 200.0 mm in inside diameter (see Table 6).
