This procedure applies in all circumstances when it is necessary for Railtrack or a contractor or sub-contractor to Railtrack to issue a Visitor's Permit in accordance with the provisions of GE/RT8067.
Purpose
To set out arrangements for the issue and control of Visitor's Permits issued in accordance with Railway Group Standard GE/RT8067 to people without Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification
