The application of this Procedure is only to those parts of Railtrack's controlled infrastructure which are fully track circuited, and signalled under the TCB Regulations.
The Procedure does not include instructions for approval, installation, commissioning, maintenance or day-to-day use of T-CODs.
Purpose
This Procedure specifies the issues to be considered when determining where T-COD may be applied in order to comply with the Railtrack Rule Book Section T(ii) - A.
