The application of this Procedure is only to those parts of Railtrack' s controlled infrastructure which are provided with track circuits that control and maintain the protecting signal(s) at danger.
The Procedure does not include instructions for specification, approval, installation, commissioning, maintenance or day-to-day use of T-CODs.
Purpose
This Procedure specifies the issues to be considered by Railtrack Zones when determining where T-COD may be applied in order to comply with the Railtrack Rule Book.
