This Subsection establishes the periodic examination and testing requirements of nuclear power plant equipment dynamic restraints (snubbers) throughout the life the plant. This Subsection covers the preservice and inservice examination and testing intervals, criteria, and data requirements. The rules and requirements are applicable to examination and testing of Classes 1,2,3, and MC componenet snubbers.
