This Subsection provides the rules and requirements for preservice and inservice testing of components in light-water cooled nuclear power plants, including the visual examination of dynamic restraints (snubbers). The rules and requirements identify, as a minimum, the components subject o test or examination, responsibilities., test and examination methods, personnel qualification, frequency of testing or examination, record keeping requirements, and criteria for the evaluation of test or examination results.
