This Subsection provides the rules and requirements for inservice testing of components in lightwater cooled nuclear power plants, including the visual examination of dynamic restraints (snubbers). The rules and requirements identify, as a minimum, the components subject to test or examination, responsibilities, test and examination methods, personnel qualification, frequency of testing or examination, record keeping requirements, and criteria for the evaluation of test or examination results.
