scope:
Awards will be presented annually to individuals and teams who epitomize logistics professionalism and excellence. Nominees may be involved in any or all phases of Navy logistics from early life-cycle planning to in-service logistics support. Contributions must be in the calendar year for which the award is to be presented. Echelon 2 commands are encouraged to submit nominees for each award category (civilian, military, and team). If more than one nominee within a given category are submitted, the Echelon 2 commands should rank the nominees within each category.
