Scope. The Admiral Stan Arthur Logistics Awards are hereby established. These awards will be bestowed annually to individuals and teams who epitomize logistics professionalism and excellence. Nominees may be involved in any or all phases of Navy logistics from early life-cycle planning to in-service logistics support. Contributions must be in the calendar year for which the award is to be given. Echelon 2 commands, through whom all nominations must be submitted, are encouraged to submit nominees for each three award categories (civilian, military, and team).
Purpose. To revise and reissue policy and procedures for the Admiral Stand Arthur Awards for Logistics Excellence.
