This standard covers those elements of ship design requirements essential to th:*att%%t of shipboard electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) by effecting suppression of potential sources of electromagnetic interference (MI) and including intermodulation interference (IMI) and reduction of susceptibility to electromagnetic pulse (EMP).
