This part of DIN 6647 applies to containers for beverages and syrup (referred to below as "packaged substance") consisting of several parts (e.g. upper body, cylindrical casing, lower body) that are joined by means of a suitable method.
It applies for allowable operating pressures up to 4 bar and nominal volumes up to 60 l.
The containers are used as disposable packaging in beverage dispensing systems.
